FIRM CULTURE

Materassi Legal was founded on two principles that guide the Firm’s approach to client service: first, that the expertise, work ethic and competence of large law firms can be delivered in a smaller practice context; and second, that the professional distance and outdated notions of decorum witnessed in many attorney-client settings is best replaced with a bridge of accessibility, understanding and cooperation that better serves the client.

For many people, buying a house is the culmination of the American dream. Likewise, selling the house can mark the end of long chapter of a homeowners’ life, the turning of a leaf, so to speak, as a family or individual moves on to new life experiences. In either event, the transaction may represent one of most important decisions in a person’s life.

Our practice is exclusively dedicated to guiding people though this process. Unlike many attorneys who merely “dabble” in real estate law, at Materassi Legal, we are privileged to engage in real estate law every day of our professional lives.

At Materassi Legal we strive to deliver a hands-on, cost-effective, solution-driven approach to client representation. Clients have access to the responsible attorney’s office phone, Email and cell phone and to a committed staff of experienced paralegals who are fully fluent in English and Spanish. Likewise, if clients need to meet with us outside of normal hours, such as in the evenings or on weekends, we do our best to meet their individual requests. Please feel free to contact us for assistance with any of your legal needs in real estate.
